CONTEST RULES
The contest is open to Canadian citizens of 18 years or older unless otherwise expressed by Quinte Broadcasting or its Promotional partner. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Quinte Broadcasting, its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees’ immediate family members (including parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, children & grandchildren) and persons with whom such employees are domiciled excluded from this contest. No one person or member of their immediate family or household may win more than one prize in any 30 days. The prize is transferable upon approval by Crozier Heating LTD. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All prizes must be retrieved within 30 working days, or they become the sole property of Quinte Broadcasting and Crozier Heating LTD. Once a prize is awarded, it is the sole responsibility of the winner. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledge that Quinte Broadcasting or Crozier Heating LTD may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Quinte Broadcasting or Crozier Heating LTD may deem appropriate. To enter the ‘Win a AC contest”, entrants listen to 800 CJBQ AM for the cue to call, from MONDAY MAY 11 2026 – MONDAY JUNE 8 2026 After the 800 CJBQ TOUCH TONE is played, entrants must call the 800 CJBQ contest line at 613-969-1545. Five callers per touchtone will be chosen as qualifiers. Our grand Prize winner will be selected on MONDAY JUNE 8 2026. Information on Central Air Conditioner Specifications and Installation: Crozier Heating LTD will install one, two-stage natural gas or propane furnace up to 60,000 BTU capacity (anything above this in tonnage requirements will be chargeable to the customer)- required materials to adapt to existing forced air system at winners house (line set, insulation, disconnect box, standard heat cool thermostat, patio stone.) Model for giveaway – energy-efficient Performance 14 Central Air ConditionerN4A4S central air conditioner (or similar quality and value) from Crozier Heating. Crozier Heating LTD will install and set-up and removal and proper disposal of old equipment. Electrical in the home owners’ panel to be completed at the home owners’ expense. Upgrades are available at additional cost to contest winner. Installation is available in Crozier Heating LTD regular service area, Port Hope to Napanee, North to Highway 7 and throughout Prince Edward County.
