The CP Rail Holiday Train rolled through the region Mon, Dec 1st and brought some holiday cheer to everyone along the way. Rick Kevan and Stephanie Barbosa from brother station Rock 107 were aboard the train with Santa, Mrs Claus and many others.

A team from the Health Unit stopped by the Lorne Brooker show and administered flu shots to Lorne and Quinte Broadcasting staff. They let us know just how important getting your flu shot is, and encourage everyone to get out and get the shot. It's quick, practically painless, and you could save lives.

Lorne Brooker hosted his show live from the brand new Lowe's store on Millennium Blvd. in Belleville. Staff from different departments were interviewed to share their knowledge and answer caller questions, and every caller received a wonderful Lowe's gift bag.

Canadian men's 8 rowing gold medalist Brian Price joined Lorne Brooker's Monday round table and spoke about his time in Beijing, and what his plans are after bringing home the gold.
