Thanks for dropping by for a visit. I joined the Quinte Broadcasting team back in 1989. I'm proud to be working in my third decade as the morning host of one of Canada's legendary AM stations: 800 CJBQ!

Like a lot of people, my wife and I were drawn by the natural attractions Quinte has to offer. World famous fishing, boating, gorgeous rolling countryside, year-round fun everywhere you go. Live theatre. Concerts. It's all here.

But Quinte's real attraction is it's people. A community that pulls together, joins in, helps out, and goes the extra mile, whether it's helping raise funds for a child in need, a family that lost their home, or reaching out to our global neighbours with a helping hand, Quinte is neighbours helping neighbours.

It's also an amazing feeling when a parent sends me an email for the birthday bash to wish their daughter or son a happy 20th birthday, saying I've announced their birthdays every year since they were born. You can't imagine how that feels. You have to experience it.

So thanks again for the visit. I think you'll find, like I do, how special this company, this region, and these people are the longer you stay. Stop by again. You're always welcome :-)
