Elvis had his travelogues. And his women. My resume reads like a travelogue too, minus the women. To understand why sans women, take a good look at my picture. (When online)
I made the natural transition to radio back in the mid-70s, in Springfield, Missouri, two semesters away from getting a degree to preach. As in Minister. 'Started out in Spingfield at KWTO. Then up to Kingston where my folks lived, where I landed another radio gig. 'Met my future wife in Kingston, married her, and moved to the West Coast for a couple of years. Then to Edmonton.
After a decade out West, we decided to see if our families would remember us, and ta-da! here we are in Belleville, where I've done the mornings at the Mighty 800 since '89. Our families still swear they don't remember us. But their memory's getting better. Now they just don't remember us at Christmas.
